  Standard accounts are for users 18 and older. Child accounts may be created by a parent or guardian using the parental controls within the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement or are a parent/guardian creating an account on behalf of a minor.

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at DLWashington20@gmail.com.

  4. Subscription & Billing

  Queen Premium is available for $11.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.

  5. Refund Policy

  All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Queen does not issue refunds directly.

  You agree not to:

  - Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the App
  - Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others
  - Attempt to access the App's backend systems or data without authorization

  All content within the App — including Queen's name, personality, design, and AI-generated responses — is owned by Dominique Washington. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the App without written permission.
