Queen is an AI companion, personal tutor, and daily journal — all in one app. She has a real personality: warm,
direct, and a little sassy. You can chat freely, learn structured lessons across 22 subjects, and journal every
day.
Is Queen free to use?
Yes. You get 10 free Chat messages and 5 free Learn messages to try Queen out. Your Journal is always free with no limits.
What is Queen Premium?
Queen Premium is $11.99/month and unlocks unlimited Chat and Learn messages so you never hit a wall mid-lesson or mid-conversation.
What subjects can I learn?
Queen teaches 22 subjects from beginner to advanced:

What languages does Queen respond in?
Queen can respond in 15 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin Chinese,
Japanese, Korean, German, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Swahili, and Haitian Creole. You pick your language during setup and can change it anytime in Settings.
Can I use my voice with Queen?
Yes. Every tab — Chat, Learn, and Journal — supports mic input. Speak your message, review the transcript, then send it. Queen can also speak back to you with a natural text-to-speech voice.
Can Queen see photos?
Yes. You can share photos in Chat and Learn. Queen sees what you share and responds to it — useful for sharing notes, problems, or anything you want her to look at.
Is Queen safe for children?
Yes. Queen supports child accounts with a parental PIN. Parents create and manage the child's account during
setup. In child mode, Queen keeps all content clean, avoids adult topics, and provides crisis resources if a child
ever expresses distress.
Is my data private?
Your conversations, journal entries, and memories are stored securely. Queen never shares your data. You can delete your chat history, learn progress, or entire account at any time from the Settings tab.
What devices does Queen work on?
Queen is available on iPhone (iOS) and Android. One subscription works across both.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings or your Google Play account. You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

How does Queen remember things about me?
Queen saves key things you share over time — your preferences, what you've loved, what didn't land. She uses those memories to feel more personal the longer you use her. You can clear your memories anytime in Settings → Data.
Does Queen replace a real tutor or therapist?
No. Queen is a companion and learning tool, not a licensed professional. For medical, legal, or mental health
needs, always consult a qualified professional.
How do lessons work in Learn mode?
Queen teaches concept by concept. She explains, checks your understanding, and won't move to the next concept until you're ready. At the end of each concept there's a check-in. When you complete a full subject and level, you get a completion badge.
Can I pick up a lesson where I left off?
Yes. Queen saves your exact progress per subject and level. You can switch tabs, close the app, and come back — your lesson will be right where you left it.
What is the Journal for?
The Journal is a private space to reflect daily. Queen gives you a daily prompt, you can pick a mood, track your streak, and browse past entries on a calendar. You can type or speak your entries.
Does the Journal have a streak tracker?
Yes. Queen tracks your journaling streak. The calendar shows days you wrote entries and days you completed a lesson — both are tracked separately.
Can I change my language after setup?
Yes. Go to Settings → Preferences → Language. Queen will respond in your new language immediately.
What happens if I hit my free message limit?
Your input bar locks and a paywall appears. You can upgrade to Premium or restore a previous purchase from the same screen. Your conversation history stays intact — nothing is deleted.
Does Queen work offline?
No. Queen requires an internet connection to respond, generate lessons, and play her voice.
Can I use Queen in multiple languages — like, switch between them?
You can change your language in Settings anytime, but Queen responds in one language at a time based on your current setting. During language lessons, Queen will encourage practice in the target language.
Is there a web version?
Not currently. Queen is a mobile app available on iOS and Android.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot password?" — you'll get a reset email. If you're a parent resetting a child account PIN, go to Settings → Family → Forgot PIN.
Can I use Queen on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account syncs across devices. Sign in with the same email and your chat history, journal, learn
progress, and memories will all be there.
